About the Opportunity

This opportunity for a Board Secretary offers a chance to play a vital part in shaping the future of children's music in New Zealand. As Board Secretary, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to the Kiwi Kids Music Trust Board, ensuring efficient and effective governance. This is a remote opportunity, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. All applicants must be a New Zealand citizen. Applicants will undergo police check.

The Opportunity Will Involve

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of Board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions. 📝
  • Preparing and distributing meeting materials to Board members in a timely manner. ✉️
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to Board governance. ⚖️
  • Managing correspondence and communications on behalf of the Board. 📧
  • Assisting with the organization of Board meetings and other events. 🗓️
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. 🤫
  • Supporting the Chair and other Board members as needed. 🤝
