Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have a variety of part-time and casual options on offer.
What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities. You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalized care plan. Tasks may include:
Meal preparation
Medication supervision
Community outings
Personal cares (e.g., showering, toileting)
Home management (e.g., cleaning, organising)

Earn between $23.38 - $29.10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). We offer flexibility due to a variety of shifts available starting at 7am till 9pm, Monday to Sunday. Part-time and casual positions available.

What are we looking for?
• Must be willing to travel to Feilding • Able to work weekends • Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and striving for excellence • Previous caregiving experience is an advantage but not a must—willingness to learn is key! • Strong communication skills • Healthcare qualifications are a plus • Most positions require a full NZ driver's license and reliable transport
