Key Competencies:
• Clear and Concise Communication: Confidently explain property and promotion details, quickly answering any questions that arise.
• Active Listening: Pay close attention to client cues and objections, adjusting your approach to handle conversations appropriately.
• Persuasiveness: Influence and convince clients to reconsider properties or promotions they may have passed on earlier.
• Quick Thinking: Adapt and adjust your approach based on the flow of the conversation, remaining calm and sharp under pressure.
• Team Player: Work closely with other sales consultants, contributing to the overall success of the team.


Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify Leads: Initiate contact with potential clients, qualify prospects and set up meetings for sales consultants.
• Client Outreach: Contact existing clients in a warm, professional manner, update their information and ensure they’re informed about property details and promotions.
• Meeting Setup: Collaborate with sales consultants to help them set up client meetings, input all details into the systems to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.
• Adapt to Time Zones: As you get settled in, embrace flexibility with your hours to capture leads across different time zones.
