We are currently seeking a skilled Bobcat Operator to join a dynamic team in the earthworks and construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the Bobcat to assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Bobcat machinery on job sites.
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections, addressing any mechanical or safety concerns.
- Keep accurate records of equipment use, maintenance, and inspections.
- Maintain open communication with site supervisors and team members regarding progress and any issues.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep the Bobcat in optimal working condition.
Qualifications:
- Valid Bobcat operator certification.
- WTR (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers) endorsement preferred.
- Class 2 and Class 4 driver's licenses are advantageous.
- Proven experience operating Bobcat machinery in earthmoving or construction roles.
- Clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit to handle maintenance tasks when required.
- Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug test.
