The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Reliable work references
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and medical
- Clean criminal record
- Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25kgs
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Health and safety awareness
- Flexibility to adapt to varying shift times and perform well under pressure
- A current OSH licence or F endorsement is advantageous
