Job Description

Looking for a change in 2025? Tradestaff is on the lookout for a HVAC Foreman to join a well-known HVAC company in Hawkes Bay. This will be a full time, permanent position for the right candidate!

Known for delivering high quality projects across Hawke Bay, Gisborne and Taupo, our client is skilled in industrial storage facilities, processing plants, commercial offices, dairy farms health and retail developments.

As a HVAC Foreman, you will be leading a team of 8-9 HVAC technicians across multiple commercial projects. You will excel at managing conflict, communicating to your team, and taking ownership of projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a HVAC Foreman OR minimum of 3 years’ experience as a HVAC technician
  • Electrical Service Technician License + Site Safe Certificate. EWRB registered is a bonus!
  • Fair and just conflict management skills
  • Excellent time management + communication to team members
  • Proud ownership of you & your team’s work
