The Role
This position plays a key role in managing export orders and freight bookings efficiently, while also contributing to broader customer service efforts across the organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Support, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A solid background in export documentation
  • Exceptional written communication skills (majority of customer interactions occur via email)
  • Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with SAP is a bonus
  • A meticulous approach to accuracy and detail
  • The ability to consistently deliver high-quality work while maintaining productivity
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for prioritizing effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
