As a Team Leader, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, the most important being leading and guiding the Customer Service and Insurance teams as they provide assistance to our members and customers with our extensive range of products and services. In this highly customer focussed environment, your previous leadership experience will help you coach, motivate and inspire your team of service professionals.

Previous experience as a hands-on leader in a customer service environment
Have a confident and calming nature with an ability to recognise and de-escalate situations if they arise
Be outgoing and self-motivated with great communication skills
Enjoys building relationships with customers and team members alike
Able to learn quickly
