These positions are predominantly hands on practical roles and involve manual handling, so a reasonable level of fitness is required. Work environments can range from assisting in small teams to working on large projects with multiple contractors on site. Workplaces can vary anywhere from indoor factory type work, to building sites, to workshops, to working on transit roads.
