We're on the lookout for Senior .Net Core Developers to join our crew at the fairest telco outfit in all New Zealand. But we're not just looking for any coder - we want someone who can code with one hand while crafting strong team and stakeholder relationships with the other.

Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu

  • Dream, design, and deliver applications, libraries, and APIs
  • Collaborate with your fellow code wranglers, data nerds, and design gurus to craft innovative software, owning the process at the same time
  • Work in cahoots with other engineering squads to cook up tech solutions that make others go, "Wow, how did they do that?"
  • Brainstorm with the product team and architects to create technical magic while ensuring everything is scalable, secure, and snappy.
  • Keep the DevOps flame burning bright
  • Join an agile development squad that's always up for challenging the status quo and having a good laugh while doing it


How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira

  • Fluent in building REST APIs with .Net Core Web API.
  • Although not essential, some front-end skills that can make web pages sing and dance (whether it's Vue, Angular, or another trick up your sleeve) would be advantageous.
  • Have a black belt in wrangling relational databases and ORMs like EF or NHibernate.
  • DevOps is your spirit animal, and you've tamed it well with CI/CD tools.
  • Not afraid of the cloud - Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless are your playground.
  • You and Agile are like peanut butter and jam, just meant to be.
  • Tech isn't just your job; it's your way of life, and you can talk tech to anyone from the mailroom to the boardroom.
  • This role will give you a backstage pass to the full software development life cycle with all the perks and quirks of the tech world.
