The role
Take on this newly created senior role, collaborating closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager to fuel business growth. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing product launches while driving expansion into niche markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and delivering sales strategies to promote key product lines
Partnering with Key Account Managers to identify growth opportunities with new and existing customers
Engaging directly with clients through on-site meetings
Collaborating with senior management to provide market insights and develop product strategies
About you
Commercially savvy, with experience in sales, marketing, and product development
Experience within the building industry would be advantageous
Proven ability to manage opportunities from concept through to commercial execution
Exceptional at identifying growth opportunities and driving profitable outcomes for the business
Skilled in developing meaningful connections at all levels, promoting great teamwork and strengthening team culture
