ABOUT THE ROLE

  • They are searching for an experienced and confident Hands-on Automation QA Leader. Someone who can bring their mix of technical coding and automation knowledge along with QA strategy defining skills and Stakeholder management experience. You will have hands on experience as Automation QA expert using C#, Selenium, LoadRunner as well as Spec Flow.
  • Throughout your career as Test Automation leader, you will also have had experience in teaching manual testers what it takes to learn their automation craft. You will have Testing and Development leadership skills with a proven track record in delivering solutions at a very high level and can demonstrate examples of your success.


DUTIES

  • Lead, Guide and support QA teams towards best practice designing end to end MS solutions
  • Support senior leadership with defining and implementing strong strategic QA solutions
  • Meet immediate project or sprint needs by being hands on & building automated framework from scratch
  • Meet non-functional requirements (resilience, availability, reusability, performance, etc) are well described and understood by all parties
  • Ensure that solution trade-offs and architectural decisions are clearly documented, understood and agreed by all – communicating intent, value proposition and target architecture in a way that is easily understood by others.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A deep understanding of Test Automation & coding principals
  • Excellent knowledge in architecture concepts, tools and methods (Azure functions, synapse, DevOps, TDD and BDD)
  • CI/CD, security and automation knowledge (Ideal)
  • Deep understanding of C# OR Java development as automation QA
  • You will have the ability to effectively maintain relationships and lead other QA’s in your team
  • You can influence and communicate effectively with all other key stakeholders from both business, enterprise architecture and broader technology areas.
