Join our team at Strata Lounge, Auckland Airport, as a Front Desk Attendant/Concierge. This is a Permanent Full Time role rostered across the week. You will play a pivotal role in delivering impeccable customer service with warmth, professionalism, and care, ensuring every guest receives a heartfelt welcome and a friendly farewell.
Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:
Lead by example, maintaining high standards of presentation and operational efficiency at the front desk.
Provide solutions-based approaches to challenges and ensure tasks are completed correctly within the lounge.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members, ensuring clear, professional, and inclusive interactions.
Maintain the front desk and reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.
Handle guest inquiries, boarding pass checks, and provide boarding announcements as required.

Team player with good leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or customer service environment.
Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to remain calm and diplomatic under pressure, providing flexible solutions.
Physically fit, reliable, and able to pass police and AVSEC clearance.
