The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday from 3pm to 11.30pm, based in Tauranga.
In this role you will:
Support people in our housing and recovery mental health service
Have good people skills and able to work independently and within a wider team.
Be busy supporting people with budgeting and independent daily living skills.
Attending appointments and advocating for people.
Might be assisting people to connect with their communities.
Be prepared to do whatever it takes for the people we support - cleaning, cooking or helping with everyday tasks.
You | Mōu
Preferably you’ll hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or a recognised equivalent) or be willing to commence study towards this qualification within six months of starting with us.
You must hold a current full New Zealand driver’s licence.
You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
