We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Asphalt Foreman to join us and take charge of leading and coordinating asphalt paving projects. As an Asphalt Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch workmanship, utmost safety, and utmost efficiency.
The suitable candidate will have:
- Proven track record of success as an asphalt foreman.
- Current Class 1, Class 2 + preferred.
- W,T,R Endorsements.
- Be able to understand and deliver on plans.
- Ability to work day or nightshift.
- Great communication skills + proven experience as a leader.
