We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Waihi.

This is an important role within our office, so we require someone with previous experience in a similar role, who is adaptable to change and is calm under pressure.

Your role with be critical to the daily operations, providing exceptional customer service and support to our sales and property management team. You'll also ensure the branch runs smoothly by providing administrative and marketing support.

We're looking for someone with a positive and engaging personality, who is willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing and can manage expectations while going above and beyond to give people what they need when they need it.

Other key skills and attributes include:

  • 1+ years administration experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • High levels of integrity and work ethic
  • Competence in MS Office Suite and social media
  • The ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Empathy and listening skills with a non-judgment attitude
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as they arise
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to take initiative and problem solve when required


This role offers plenty of variety; so our ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can do attitude.

In this role you'll be working 30 hours per week Tuesday to Friday, but applicants will need to be available to work Monday to Friday.
