Job Description

The Company

My client supplies surveying, planning, and engineering design services to private individuals, companies, developers and local body. Most of their work is in Hamilton and the greater Waikato but often extends to the Coromandel and Great Barrier Island.

They believe in collaboration with our clients in an open and transparent partnership. Relationships are critical to them and they prioritise communication and professionalism. .

The Role

  • Tasks will be reflective of a candidates experience.
  • Preparation of resource consent applications to local and regional authorities.
  • Communication with all land development parties.
  • Site development feasibility reporting


About You

  • Ability to apply RMA knowledge within a commercial environment.
  • Good communication and reporting writing skills.
  • Understanding and applications of the current district, regional plans and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • NZPI member and relevant planning degree
