To assist with manual tasks in civil infrastructure projects, including site preparation, material handling, and supporting skilled workers on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and excavating.
Load, unload, and transport materials.
Assist tradesmen and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Help with concrete/asphalt work and excavation tasks.
Follow safety protocols and report hazards.
Skills and Qualifications:
Physical fitness and stamina.
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
Ability to work well in teams and follow instructions.
Basic experience with construction tools.
A valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual car/ute
Working Conditions:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, with possible overtime.
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Physical labor, including heavy lifting.
