Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen
Operational experience with a high-volume venue
Development and leadership skills
Strong knowledge of Asian, and European cuisine
Experience managing teams of chefs and kitchen hands.
Outstanding problem-solving, solutions internal and guest-related skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fully qualified with a la carte and banqueting kitchen experience.
Understanding of Health and Safety
Good organisational skills with a high level of presentation
