Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Business Development Manager at One New Zealand, you will drive growth by building and qualifying a sales pipeline to expand our Business customer base (20-500 FTE). Supporting the Hawke’s Bay region you'll prospect new clients, develop strong relationships, and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet customer needs and fuel their growth. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure high customer satisfaction, close profitable deals, and establish One New Zealand as the trusted digital partner of choice for businesses across the country.

  • Drive Sales Growth: Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Understand customer needs and deliver tailored technology solutions to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Convert Leads: Generate and convert qualified leads, ensuring high conversion rates and a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Maximize Customer Retention: Improve customer satisfaction, NPS, and reduce churn through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Close Profitable Deals: Negotiate deals that align with business goals while delivering value to customers.
  • Increase Customer Value: Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue per customer.
  • Network & Build Presence: Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to expand the company’s network and visibility.
  • Establish Trust: Position the company as the trusted digital partner of choice by delivering innovative solutions.
