Join the Growth and Leadership Development team and help build the systems and practices that shape culture and performance across Te Kaunihera o Tāmaki Makaurau. As a Senior Organisational Development Partner, you'll lead the design,
implementation and review of OD systems that align behaviour with strategy and help our people grow, belong, and thrive.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver and review OD systems that embed our organisational behaviours and values.
  • Use performance consulting approaches to coach and support senior leaders and identify and close strategic capability gaps.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to co-design impactful interventions.
  • Use human-centred design, data insights, and systems thinking to improve outcomes.
  • Influence and support continuous improvement across organisational culture.
  • Lead and model agile ways of working across our team and wider stakeholders, embedding practices that support collaboration, adaptability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

 
He Kōrero Mōu | About You
You bring senior-level experience in organisational development, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale change, improving engagement, and influencing culture. You balance strategy with detail, and you love enabling others to succeed. You understand the value of te ao Māori in leadership and capability and actively bring it into your work.
