About the role | Mō te tūnga

The role of the Senior Financial Services Administrator is to provide timely and accurate financial services, which could include accounts payable, accounts receivable, debt management, consolidated accounts, reconciliation and/or database management. You will be joining the organisation at a time of incredible transformation and be key to seeing that realised.

Our next step is to implement a new cloud based FMIS and ensure staff are trained and supported to become proficient across a number of areas. You will also support the leadership team to deliver on strategies and programmes of work.

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu 

  • Demonstrated experience in providing high-level financial support and advisory activities, preferably within a large public or private sector organization.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience using internal financial management systems
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and schedule work to meet competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated excellence in the provision of customer focused financial, administrative, and corporate advice, and services to managers and staff
  • Demonstrates initiative in addressing issues and problems arising in the role
  • Ability to build effective professional relationships at all levels
  • Willingness to travel within New Zealand as required
