Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Client Services is a growing business unit supporting both Business and a range of Consumer customers. Our unit includes Institutional and Business Banking Service, Customer and Product Onboarding, Business Cards, Merchants and Digital Banking teams. You will work alongside key business partners including Relationship Managers, Analysts and Product teams to provide a timely, complete and superior service to our customers.

Our strength lies in recognising that customers’ needs differ and our aim is to provide a complete banking solution whatever a customer’s size. You will enjoy connecting with people and building lasting professional relationships. You will have a skill for recognising every opportunity to create magic through your outstanding customer service. Being the primary contact for our customers day to day banking needs, you will be relied upon for your responsiveness, priority management and excellent communication and business support skills.

The Client Services team are spread throughout New Zealand (we have staff spread from Whangarei to Invercargill) and are looking to increase our presence at our Corporate sites.
