Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-level executive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Team for a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally and positively to all internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include extensive diary management for the Executive Team, coordinating and administering meetings, liaising with external stakeholders, supporting the Head of Finance with administrative tasks, and coordinating facilities management. You will be expected to handle confidential matters with discretion and respect while maintaining a professional representation of the company.

  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Team members.
  • Manage extensive diary for the Executive Team including scheduling meetings, managing diary conflicts, and utilising technology efficiently.
  • Liaise with external clients, suppliers, consultants, and overseas stakeholders.
  • Coordinate facilities management for Head Office.

The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings significant experience in executive level roles within large organisations. Your experience in diary management within a global organisation will be invaluable in this role. You possess good IT literacy skills and can troubleshoot technical problems effectively. Your strong decision-making abilities coupled with your understanding of budgets make you an ideal fit for this role. Lastly, your excellent organisational skills enable you to multitask effectively.

  • Proven experience in EA/executive level roles in large organisations.
  • Ability to handle confidential, complex and sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Experience of diary management within a large organisation.
  • Good IT literacy and ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
