About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As Campaign Delivery Specialist - Mailer you'll play a crucial role in delivering impactful marketing campaigns for Cartology's clients. You'll manage the execution of both printed and digital mailers, ensuring compliance and optimal performance, while acting as the central point of knowledge and coordination for these key assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as Cartology’s subject matter expert for Woolworths mailers
- Oversee the compilation of mailer assets, ensuring the team delivers materials accurately and on time
- Represent Cartology in mailer meetings with the Commercial team, providing updates and insights on events and supplier campaigns
- End-to-end management of campaigns for an allocated portfolio of Cartology clients, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Collaborate closely with a diverse range of partners to achieve successful outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners
About You | Mōu
We are looking for someone who is experienced working in a fast paced, dynamic, varied role and who has a passion for media. You will be confident, positive, solution oriented and collaborative in your approach. Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to working will be critical.
We need someone with a strong eye for detail, great communication skills and the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively across a diverse range of business areas.
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Organisational skills and a methodical approach to working will be critical
- Campaign/account management background
- Strong Senior stakeholder management background
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy is vital in this role
- Process Management: Understanding and optimising workflows, adhering to guidelines and ensuring efficient campaign execution are key
- Retail media or FMCG experience an advantage
