We are looking for someone to join a professional support team providing high quality business support to valuable customers. You will need to be an efficient and accurate person who has excellent communication skills.
Your role will support sales and service teams with:
Keying in orders correctly and tracking progress
Liaise with companies and customers including assisting with processing orders
Oversee and assist with installation of product and roll out
Monthly invoicing and queries throughout the month
Assist with maintaining the support database
Ensure Monitoring software operational and working on customer sites
This role sits in a busy productive team, and is full time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
