We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified and registered ECE Kaiako with a current first-aid certificate.
  • Thrives in a play-based learning environment, where tamariki learn through exploration, discovery, and engaging activities.
  • Is a passionate advocate for bicultural practice, integrating Te Reo Māori and tikanga Māori into everyday experiences.
  • Possesses excellent communication and relationship-building skills to connect with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues.
  • Champions inclusivity, valuing the rich diversity of our tamariki, whānau, and community.
  • Brings a love for nature and sustainability, weaving these values into your teaching practices.
  • A strength in internal evaluation.
  • Works effectively as a team player, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Kindergartens will be closed from 20.12.2024 until 22.01.2025.

Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand to be considered for this position.
