Your Impact
We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. This role is key in driving procurement strategies across multiple categories, leading sourcing events, and strengthening supplier partnerships.
- Lead sourcing events and procurement projects to deliver cost efficiencies.
- Develop sourcing strategies and identify new suppliers to meet business needs.
- Negotiate contracts for optimal business results.
- Identify cost optimisation and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) opportunities.
- Ensure supplier compliance with CCEP policies and The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) Supplier Guiding Principles.
- Manage risks related to supply chain volatility and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide transparent reporting on procurement outcomes using established KPIs.
- Support supplier innovation to drive competitive advantage and cost savings.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven procurement and sourcing experience, ideally in FMCG.
- A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience working across multiple categories.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at a senior level.
