Cross Country Rentals is seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant to support our National Sales Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and efficient communication across our brands.

What your day will look like:

• Providing support to our National Sales Manager, completing administrative tasks with precision.
• Capturing and maintaining sales data meticulously.
• Coordinating and tracking sales activities, including customer follow-ups and lead management.
• Updating our sales database and CRM systems.
• Responding promptly and professionally to client and internal inquiries.
• Assisting in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
