Due to continued growth we are looking to add a Customer Care Representative to our dynamic call centre team. This role is based in Botany however you will be supporting the wider Auckland Dealerships.
Your core responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound service calls and emails as well as creating service bookings and handling other general enquiries.
To be considered you will need previous experience within a call centre environment. Previous automotive industry would be an advantage however not essential. You will also need professional written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
