Ko tō tūranga – your role
As a Process Improvement Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring One NZ has Simple Waste Free Processes that are visible, accurate, and as automated as possible.
You will lead, develop, and implement efficient process management using structured frameworks, industry best practices, and advanced process tools
You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse array of stakeholders across One NZ, along with industry experts and thought leaders, as part of our dynamic Salesforce transformation. By driving end-to-end process improvements, you will enhance both customer and employee satisfaction, delivering streamlined internal processes that significantly reduce rework and failures.
Ko tō mahi – what you’ll do
Aspects of your role will include:
- Identification, prioritisation, implementation, and benefits realisation of improvement projects, including as a member of a squad.
- Create and continuously improve standardised process assets.
- Analyse cross functional processes, provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and manage implementation for complex projects including:
- Project planning,
- Stakeholder workshops organisation and facilitation,
- Business Requirement’s definition,
- Cost/Benefit analysis,
- Approvals, Change & Stakeholder management
- To promote a continuous improvement culture both within One NZ through training and coaching of others.
- Be autonomous in work.

- Proficient in process modelling, documentation with use of process frameworks, methods, and tools;
- Strong understanding and use of Continuous Improvement techniques to deliver measurable benefits.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
- Effective communicator, presenting complex problems logically to all stakeholders.
- Experienced in Salesforce Comms Cloud and Agile ways of working.
- Strong in change and stakeholder management, planning, and project management.
- Be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, seek clarity and act based on what is known.
- Experienced in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar, TM Forum Framework Practitioner or similar process management framework qualification.
