Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team in Auckland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Senior Asset Manager, ensuring accurate and consistent financial and operational records along with a list of other responsibiltiies.
What you'll do:
Manage tenant accounts ensuring correct recharging of all common costs
Attend weekly planning meetings to set targets for the coming week
Monitor payment plans to ensure payments are received on due dates
Maintain all hard and soft copy filing systems
Create monthly database generated reports for the Senior Asset/Property Manager
Assist Senior Asset Manager with board reports including obtaining information from the database for property portfolio
Help prepare proposals, HOA, ATL and DOL
Receipting of payments, working to ensure most tenants are moved onto automatic payments
What you bring:
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
Experience in working with a property or finance database
Strong work ethic and team player mentality
High degree of professionalism
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Organisational, multi-tasking, and prioritising skills
