ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Hamilton on a contract basis. The primary focus of this role will be to meticulously document and analyse existing business processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and have a proven track record of creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
  • Strong background in stakeholder management
