At Aone Kitchens & Interiors, we are leaders in delivering bespoke, high-quality kitchens and interiors. Our streamlined, two-stage manufacturing process ensures precision and excellence, and we're looking for a dedicated Stage 1 Cabinet Maker to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Stage 1 Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for assembling the carcass units that form the backbone of our custom cabinetry. This is a hands-on role focused on building and assembling units to a high standard, with the opportunity for career growth into more technical and senior roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carcass Assembly: Assemble and construct the main structure (carcasses) of cabinetry, ensuring all components are accurate and fit together perfectly.
- Technical Precision: Follow construction drawings and work closely with the Stage 2 Cabinet Makers to ensure seamless transition to the next stage.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks during assembly to maintain Aone’s high standards.
- Safety and Efficiency: Adhere to safety protocols and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team with Stage 2 Cabinet Makers, providing them with the necessary components to complete the final stages of the cabinetry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in cabinet making or joinery (unqualified or early-stage professionals welcome).
- Ability to interpret basic construction drawings.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
- A current driver’s license is preferred.
