About the role
You will be working as part of a team, transferring a range of waste materials from trucks to storage tanks to ensure continuous production.
The primary responsibility of the first role is to work with vehicles as they arrive to site. It will involve the use of a Forklift to unload, stack and relocate waste materials before they are processed. The second role will require the use of a Loader and Digger to remove, transfer, compact and relocate the various types of waste and materials our client deals with. Having a flexible mindset is key as both the roles will also require you to get your hands dirty from time to time.
The hours of work are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

About you
- You are physically fit with a health and safety-first mindset.
- You have a positive attitude towards life.
- You have a F endorsement and a Forklift Operators Certificate (OSH), OR,
- You have a valid WTR endorsement.
- You must have prior experience either operating a forklift, or, a loader and digger.
- Experience in a waste & wastewater treatment will help you excel but is not essential.
- You are punctual and reliable and willing to commit.
- Minimum requirements
You must be able to pass a drug and alcohol pre-employment screen, and have a clear MOJ record.
You must be a NZ resident. Overseas applicants will not be considered for this role
