Job Description

At Rutherford & Bond Toyota Wellington, we are looking to grow our New & Used Vehicle teams with a customer service minded individual that we can develop for a career as a professional Vehicle Sales Support & Delivery Specialist looking to build a career in Sales .

Key responsibilities:
This challenging and rewarding role will be responsible for the following.

  • Sales Support and document processing
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Providing support for our TNZ direct customers
  • Looking after customer sales enquiries upon completion of training
  • Maintaining an accurate database of prospects and customers
  • Prospecting daily for new opportunities
  • Learning and gaining a full understanding of the motor industry over all departments
  • Co-ordinating Toyota Direct Deliveries


Desired competencies, personal skills and experience:

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Sales background or previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload, ensuring the needs of the customer are always put first
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outgoing, energetic and confident
  • Self motivated
  • As we are a 6 day business, weekend work is required, however we operate a fair rotating roster.
