Due to continued growth, they are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join their dynamic team in the Christchurch region.


The role
The role is based in a truck franchise dealership and will involve liaising with trade customers, the service team, panel beaters, and the general public regarding all parts related enquiries and ensuring the timely availability of parts.

Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring that stock levels are monitored and managed efficiently.

This is a customer facing and phone based role so professional communication skills are essential.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role within a truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle environment is required
  • A proactive and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good work ethic and a the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
