Job Description

Digger Operator

Love the outdoors? Have a passion for operating diggers on a civil site? We're looking for operators to start ASAP.

Role requirements:

  • 2+ years’ work experience in Civil industry driving diggers
  • 1.8 to 20T digger driving experience
  • Experience in the following:
  • Drainage
  • Final Trim +10/-10 experience
  • GPS experience
  • Full clean driver’s license
  • WTR endorsements
  • Confident & competent
  • Health & Safety conscious


Flexible and adaptable with the environment. All jobs are different, but a lot of jobs are around live services, roads, drains, curbs and driveways. Some can be bulk. Large variety

The Successful application will:

  • Have excellent attendance & reliability
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Have a positive attitude and be keen to learn on the job
  • Can pass ALL pre-employment checks, including drug test
