Job Description

Overall Purpose of the Role

The safe and efficient receiving, reheating, dispatching and where required preparation of Meals in support of the MOE contract, which is to be delivered in accordance with the CPU Food Control Plan and CPU Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accurate execution of associated administration tasks. Line management of the Team Leaders and the Catering Assistants.
