About the Role
As a Principal Security Consultant, you will lead the delivery of penetration testing services and play a pivotal role in consulting engagements. You will manage and develop a high-performing pen testing team, contributing to business growth and operational improvements. Working closely with sales teams and clients, you’ll help drive revenue by enhancing customer value while fostering a strong, collaborative organisational culture.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Conduct penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and provide tailored recommendations to mitigate risks.
Lead and manage a high-performing pentesting team, ensuring timely delivery of quality results and reports.
Develop and maintain test plans, tools, and processes to support thorough security assessments.
Mentor team members, oversee performance reviews, and foster their professional growth.
Collaborate with sales and service delivery teams to scope and deliver projects effectively.

Skills & Experience Required
Expert knowledge of security testing processes and the IT security industry, including trends and impacts on organizations.
Proven leadership in technical development, team mentoring, and driving operational improvements in penetration testing services.
Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business terms and foster trusted customer relationships.
Proactive in research, industry contributions, and continuous learning to maintain and enhance technical expertise.
Skilled in time management, delegation, and building effective internal and external working relationships.
