They are looking a talented and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join the team, contributing to the maintenance of secure and efficient IT infrastructure for a diverse range of clients. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
- Strong technical skills in areas like Windows Server, Networking, Azure (VMs, virtual networking, WVD, Azure AD, PaaS), Microsoft 365, security tools, and IT support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humour
