Are you looking to make a real difference in your community? We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work across our Community Services. Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have a variety of part-time and casual options on offer.

What does a Support Worker do?

  • Community outings
  • Personal cares (e.g., showering, toileting)
  • Home management (e.g., cleaning, organising)

Earn between $23.38 - $29.10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). We offer flexibility due to a variety of shifts available starting at 7am till 9pm, Monday to Sunday. Part-time and casual positions available.

This is an opportunity to join New Zealand's largest community healthcare provider with the potential to gain experience in a variety of disciplines including aged care, disability, mental health and rehabilitation. Whilst you will be part of a large national organisation, you will join a dedicated and close-knit team.

What are we looking for?

• Must be willing to travel to Feilding
• Able to work weekends
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping others and striving for excellence
• Previous caregiving experience is an advantage but not a must—willingness to learn is key!
• Strong communication skills

At HealthCare New Zealand, we are passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and reflects the communities we serve. If you are passionate about what you do and are interested in exploring a rewarding career with us, then we would love to hear from you!
