Job Description

Red Badge Group are looking for highly motivated & well-presented individuals who can bring their customer service & people skills to our University security team located in central Tauranga!

About You:

  • Have Security &/ or Customer Service experience and a Green COA Security License is desirable, however if not & you are the right person, we can help you obtain one if you are 18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record & eligible to work in NZ.
  • Flexibility – must be available to work at least one weekend day & cover shifts when required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and reliable, confident & honest.
  • Strong communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with the client and take directives.
  • Possess the ability to engage & build relationships with a diverse range of people.
  • Possess a professional work ethic and desire to take responsibility.
  • Strong focus on delivering high quality security-solutions.
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness – able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
  • Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. Appointees will also be subject to a security check.
