About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Casual Maintenance hand and Gardener. This is a Casual position working a variety of days and hours so full flexibility will be required.

In this role you will:

  • Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens and providing the village with an effective maintenance/preventative maintenance service
  • Ensure the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds
  • Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
  • Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors
  • Assist residents in their homes with repairs and maintenance
  • Work closely with and support your colleagues


About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
  • Previous experience in a Maintenance role, a trade qualification or just completed an apprenticeship
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A reliable, friendly and professional manner
  • Horticultural qualifications preferred
