What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead your kitchen section with confidence, ensuring dishes meet our high standards.
  • Bring fresh ideas and creativity to menu development.
  • Maintain top-tier quality, presentation, and efficiency during service.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
  • Support and mentoring junior chefs, fostering a collaborative team culture.


What we’re looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • A passion for food, creativity in presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Availability for a variable roster, with evenings and weekends required.
