The employer's prestigious dealership is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead their sales team, to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most renowned luxury automotive brands, setting new standards for performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities within this role

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base, optimise profitability, and enhance brand loyalty
  • Manage daily operations of the sales department, including forecasting, inventory control, and showroom presentation in order to maintain brand standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business, referrals, and long-term customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment on promotional campaigns, pricing, and customer financing solutions
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to stay ahead and innovate on the dealership's offerings and sales approach


Requirements for the role

  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within the luxury or prestige market
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and drive results
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a professional, client-focused demeanor
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Passion for luxury vehicles and a keen understanding of market dynamics and buyer expectations in the prestige segment
