Are you an experienced infrastructure professional with a passion for strategic guidance and large-scale project oversight? This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Portfolio Manager to lead and influence at a senior level across a diverse range of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advice: Offer strategic infrastructure insights and support the infrastructure team across national locations.
- Project Oversight: Oversee multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects, managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the estate and infrastructure team to influence procurement practices, leveraging your strong communication and leadership skills to lead without direct authority.
Key Requirements:
- Infrastructure Expertise: Strong background in infrastructure management, with the confidence to lead high-level discussions and strategy development.
- Project Scale: Experience overseeing high-value, large-scale projects, including those with budgets in the high millions.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability in managing large teams and engaging with senior leadership (Tier 4), providing strategic direction and managing high-level reporting processes.
