Job Description
Lumino Lincoln is on the hunt for a Practice Manager to join our close-knit team! Our practice is made up of experienced clinicians and support staff, all working together to provide the highest quality patient care.
The days/hours are as follows:
- Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
For this role, we looking for a candidate with strong business acumen and proven people leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a close-knit team. This role will be replacing a long-standing Practice Manager, so the ability to slot into a position and continue to improve and develop the team is a must!
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Team Leader or Manager (Practice Management in dental or medical would be ideal but is not essential)
- Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedback
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both our people and our clients
- The ability to work well under pressure, to multi-task and be flexible
- An understanding of the financial aspects of a business and knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statements
- Confidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology
