We're a young, fast-growing real estate company in central Auckland, led by a driven and down-to-earth owner. After just 14 months, the growth of our rental portfolio means we're now on the lookout for a full-time Property Manager who's ready to take ownership of their role and help us keep raising the bar.

Whether you're already in property management or looking for a meaningful career shift, this is a chance to be part of something fresh - with the support and structure to succeed long term.

  • Balancing a mix of admin, customer service, and smart problem-solving

It's a varied role that's always interesting, giving you real responsibility and the chance to build genuine connections with people.

What we're offering:

  • Full training and support - including working alongside the business owner to get started
  • Ongoing upskilling and the option to complete your Level 4 Certificate in Property Management
  • Real career growth - as we expand, you'll grow too!
  • A competitive salary package with performance-based recognition
  • Become a valued team player of a supportive and close-knit team

What you'll bring to the table:

  • A positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
  • Strong initiative with a problem-solving mindset
  • Clear, confident communication - both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using tech
  • A keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • A full, clean driver's licence (this isn't just a desk job, you'll be out and about)

If this sounds up your alley, we'd love to meet you! Please apply with an up-to-date CV and Cover Letter through the online application form - we can't wait to hear from you.
