The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance operational process efficiency, optimise workflows, and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for process improvement and tooling aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices.

What you'll do:

  • Enhance operational process efficiency and optimise workflows
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for process improvement and tooling
  • Provide process guidance and mentorship while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, and cost savings through analysis and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of tools and technologies that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and scalability
  • Champion change management efforts related to process improvements and tooling implementations
  • Deliver high quality design and execution to achieve both customer experience and commercial outcomes
